Q: Could I put a pad on each side of my pillow and just turn the pillow over when the first side gets warm.

I bought a large one for myself so when one bit gets warm I turn and lay on the cooler part. These smaller cool mats I bought for my Grandchildren. Hope this helps!

Q: Could I use these inside a stroller to keep my baby cool in hot country?

This was bought for my wife who suffers from terribly hot feet in bed and it's worked a treat for her. - Stick it in the fridge and it won't get too cold to be uncomfortable but cold enough to keep your baby nice and cool. - If it feels a little colder than you think it should be for your baby you can always wrap it in a towel or something similar at the start?

Q: Is it thinner than the pet cooling mat? Borrowed mine from the cat this winter, it's just a little too full up for a pillow 😄

I am not sure how thick the cat mat is but I would recommend this. It is rather thin and flexible. It is cool without putting in the fridge or freezer. I bought another pair for family as they are so good.
