Not only did this item not work which I desperately need to test some rare stones the correct information to return it was simply ridiculous and time consuming, I am wheelchair bound and it was a nightmare to get to a post office only to be told the bar code for returns was incorrect and should have had a number beneath it to simplify any problems. Someone needs to pay me back my money and arrange to have this item picked up at their own expence.

It is not as advertised only fit for playing with cat's, does not test as per advert also no instructions, do not buy be warned.

Was a laser pen pure and simple nothing like the one I have now, very misleading.
