Q: Is it taller than 1 rack unit, right? What is the purpose of the sequence switch mode? I dont get it

Regarding the purpose of sequence mode, I am looking at this product specifically for the sequencer. Because there are loud impulses that get amplified at annoying (if not potentially damaging) levels if things in the audio chain get turned on in the wrong order. It would be great if something turned them on... in a sequence.
