Rather than get a heavy, bulky safe, I chose this product. It’s holds 6 legal documents, some quite thick, and the zipper closes completely—no little gap. I haven’t tested it in water but I live where flooding isn’t an issue—just a sprinkler system. I like that I can easily grab it if I need to leave in a hurry. I plan to get another one.

I have not tested the fireproof capabilities for obvious reasons. I honestly didn't think about checking the waterproof capabilities and I'm just too lazy anyway. This bag is thick and heavy for it's size. The outside has an almost sticky feel, not exactly sure what that is, but it seems like it would hold up well. The inside is lined with that silvery material that resembles aluminum foil and is supposed to be fire retardant. It has a zipper that is then completely covered by a folded flap of material which snaps down. I feel like this is a pretty solid bag and I would buy another one if I needed it.

I don't know what kind of material it is made of, but I can feel it is thick, rigid, heavy and made with high quality material. The size is large enough to put a whole page of letter size paper. Hope it can save my important documents in case of fire happened :P

A quality bag at a fair price. Can't speak to the durability yet, but pleased so far.

Nice envelope that fits a little more than just paperwork. It may not be a full fledged safe, but better than nothing to protect things.

Fit everything we needed. It's a pretty large pouch, seems durable. Hope we never need to find out if it truly works but always best to be prepared. 😁

Haven’t tested fire resistance thankfully, but I trust it based on its build quality.
