Agree, these are alive, but take it with something like milk and inulin
I made some yogurt with this using inulin [I copied the reviewer who posted the photos and just multiplied the recipe], though it took me minimum 10 hours for 2 cups of milk/2 caps using instant pot yogurt setting. So, I can confirm these are very much alive. I'd suggest taking with some "food" like milk mixed with inulin to get more bang for your literal buck to boost this bacteria in your gut. Note that there is a good article online about ME-3 bacteria which informs that it is very stable against stomach acid and bile, but still consuming food for the bacteria [pre and post-biotics] is probably a good idea.

I use this probiotic for liver health, it helps supply the body with Glutathione

Tested to be alive
Most probiotics are a waste of you money because most probiotics are dead. This Fermentum ME-3 product made great yogurt in ~4 hour at 100°F. I used 1/4 cup of whole milk and 1/8 teaspoon of inulin. Now if I can get it to populate my gut, we will be making some glutathione.

Benefits unknown
I ordered these after they were recommended by 2 Drs in an Alzheimers lecture. How does one know if this is working? I had no issues before I started these and after taking this for 30 days, I'm the same. Not sure what I expected but I expected something! Is a blood test the only way to measure the change? I' picked them primarily because of the claim they can get through the stomach without all of the good stuff being killed. May take for 1 more month.It's easy to swallow and has no unpleasant after effects.

My glutathione level was tested by my integrative physician and came in around 400 when I started taking this probiotic. After consuming this product for about 90 days I had my glutathione level checked again by my doctor and she was amazed that my level had doubled to 800. Her target is above 1000 so I have more work to do.
