Both sides of the 300 Bio sponge insert provided for in this box, the plastic frame is not included. Order the Carbon media insert seperatly.

2 in one
I have a aquaflow filter and I needed to replace the bio sponge. This works for me since I also get a spare one for my small economic side filter.

What I needed...
well, kind of...This is the right product and they do a good job but I would like to point out that this is just the sponge portion, not the plastic frame portion (which I evidently needed but in no way can consciously detract any stars from since that is my own fault, not theirs).

if you want to save your self some money just buy your self some filter media from one of the big box stores and use it should do the same job at half the cost
