This VHF radio does NOT have integrated GPS.
Do NOT be confused (as I was, initially) by one single little letter making all the difference in the available features of this radio. This model VHF (GX1800) does NOT have an integrated GPS receiver. If you want to have a GPS receiver in this radio, you must instead order model GX1800G. Save yourself the aggravation of having to return a radio that does not even have a feature that you may be (as I was) specifically looking for, as a result of inadvertently overlooking one single letter in the model number. Standard Horizon makes great radios, but make sure you order precisely what you need.
