The carburetor was a perfect fit. The gas line that shipped with it however was too large. I had to source fuel line elsewhere since mine was old cracked and leaking. The included spark plug was also a perfect replacement. I do wish that they had included the electrical plug to fit the connector on the bottom of carburetor. My mower was wired different and since I could not find the correct connector, I soldered wires to the pins and spliced the wires to the mowers existing wiring. Once installed, the mower started and now runs so much better without all the fule leaking. I am well pleased with the results.

I had cleaned my original carburetor 3 times with no success of getting it running right ordered this carb and installed runs perfect with no adjustments needed also cam with spark plug fuel line and fuel filter really good kit for the price

This carb was a good fit for my old Simplicity ZT mower.I’m a part time small engine mechanic so I seen a lot of good and bad after market parts.This carb fit my Kohler cv16 engine well and I was able to tune it to factory specs.I always make sure these type of Kohler replacement carbs have the low idle fuel adjustment screw on it.Some just have a plug in that spot and this makes it harder to fine adjust it.I added a photo of the adjustment screw I’m talking about. I always check a new carbs float to see that it’s level. This carb checked out fine.Always put a new gas filter when you change the carb. This kit came with one.One other thing is that you should make sure the bowl nut is tight. Nothing bad to say about this carb and would buy it again if I ever needed one for my other Kohler engines.

Direct replacement on my 15 horse kohler command in my cub cadet lawn tractor. Comes with everything you need. Great value for the money with the included carburetor and tuneup items like fuel filter & hose and sparkplug. I ditched the ends on the solenoid wiring and used water proof shrink butt connectors to tie in to the factree wiring instead... I was not paid for this review. Bring tha thunder!

This was a perfect fit. No adjustments needed. Very happy. Wish I could get my money back for the first one from a different company.

This is my third carb from amazon (3 different sellers). First one too lean, 2nd too rich, this one just right. Now runs perfect and starts easy. Rated 4 stars because choke plate was out of place because seller packs all those other parts in small box. Bent metal plate wouldn't come near idle screw. Had to form it with pair of needle noses.

Disliked that it didn’t come with gaskets. Luckily I had my old ones handy and they where in good shape. Bolted it on, unit started right up.

The price , for certain is what I liked about this product. The fact that I can replace my old carburetor withthis " NEW " one makes it all worth while. The carb. is being used on a Craftsman Lawn tractor with aKohler 15 horsepower engine.

I order one of these and it came in with the choke stuck open. I had Amazon replace it and the second one came the same way. After a closer look the brass port behind the choke shield wasn't installed all the way in so it was blocking the shield from turning. I pushed on it with a screwdriver and it now works fine. This should have been caught at the factory if there is anyone looking at quality control. I guess at this price there is no one looking.

Worked like it was supposed to. Like someone mentioned before, doesn’t have the plastic collar for the back valve, but just used the one off the old carburetor. The wires plug in, so you may have a 50/50 chance of getting them right. Mine seemed fine, so must have gotten the wires put on correctly. All-in-all, worked fine.
