It should be continuous but it didn't work like that.
It's a bit off for my Canon 600D. I try to take a shot every 10 seconds, but I can't seem to control it. It just shoots 1 photo after 10 seconds and thats it. It should be continuous but it didn't work like that.

Shutter release that works great
Using the Hahnel Remote Shutter Release with a Canon 3Ti DSLR.The adapter plug for this camera and the long cable are super for my use.I'm an amateur photographer and new to this camera. It's great for my use.The included long cable allows self, and group portraits without the cable showing.

So far, this works fine and allows me a lot more space between me and the tripod and camera than the official Canon remote.

An excellent alternative to the ovepriced Canon equivalent.
My Canon remote shutter release has just given up the ghost after (admittedly) many years of service. When looking around I was struck by the fact that the RRP of the Canon device is FIFTY POUNDS whereas this is around fifteen. To be honest, I'd rather have this one in my camera bag, the extension cable makes it even better value than the overpriced Canon accessory.This isn't the first Hahnel product I have bought and it certainly won't be the last.

Very handy gadget
Very useful for awkwardly positioned macro shots and for reducing camera shake. Lightweight,good length of cable and extension included makes it better value. Only problem has been that the switch is quite easy to lock by mistake when releasing the shutter. This causes the camera to lock up so that no controls work; I have to take the battery out to reset the camera.

Hahnel HRC280 Remote Cable Release
Original connector into Canon camera quite loose fit but instantly replaced by supplier. Does what it should, 3 stage control button and cable extension a bonus at this price - cannot fault it so far. Delivery and after sales service superb. Highly recommended

Perfect!
I needed a remote shutter cable release for my studio work and this is perfect for my Canon camera. I would recommend this product to a friend

Good alternative to Canon, mucho cheaper!
Feels solid and well put together. very useful 2m extension cord and able to use it on a variety of cameras. We will see how long it lasts. UPDATE: October 2008. Didn't last, the connector became loose and disconnects randomy. Probably would spend the extra and get Canon next time.
