Best scale pintle hitch w/latch I could find. Built like a tank. Looks and works perfectly scale. I won't lie, I'm towing nothing. I got it for aesthetics primarily. Now that I have it, I'm going to buy a trailer. That's how good it is. That said, it has small issues: No insrtuctions, and it comes completely disassembled. I'm not an idiot, and got it together in about 15 minutes. Also, missing parts - for me, the tether chain was missing. Not a big deal, I have scale chain and will make something. The screw and nut that go through the pivot where the release latch for the pintle is was impossible to thread correctly. Its a M1.5 I think. I got lucky and happened to have an old L wrench laying around, got it straight as I could, and torqued it on with no issues. You may need to "relieve" the notch where the pintle latch catches if you want it to work correctly. Best tool is a dremel with a cutting wheel. If you don't mind "tuning" it a bit, It's a great deal and very scale.

love the hitch but wish it came with screw for hitch

The media could not be loaded.  For the price I got what I expected but what I didn’t expect was that I had to assemble it. Doesn’t affect my rating of it because once together it’s a well put-together product. I would recommend having someone with smaller fingers do some parts to save stress with tiny hardware.

It looks good. I can't comment on function as I don't have a trailer yet. The cons I found were:1. Came unassembled with no instructions, so I had to use the photo to determine how it went together.2. The holes were undersized and required me to clean them out with small drill bits.Building tip: Make sure to use a dab of threadlock on the bolts when assembling so they can't vibrate loose.I hope when I do get a trailer it will work as well as others have stated.

a great buy..just shave down the back part so it can lock in place but great after that

This hitch is awesome and strong. I pull weights with my TRX4, this hitch is my favorite for towing because of the Pintle style. When assembling you have to clean the holes out of paint but it just pushes out.
