Good product that works if you understand what your doing.
The media could not be loaded. Product does make decent crepes, but you have to understand how to make crepes. This product has no recipes included and the instruction manual is a hilarious attempt at probably Chinese to English. So here are the basic instructions.1. Google "Crepe Mix". I chose Martha Stewart. Real easy to make if you have a blender. If your store has crepe mix, you can try that too. Don't use pancake mix, even though they may say you can. Pancake mix has a rising agent that's not in crepe mix and there's a different water to flour ratio. (just take my word for it). After making batter, pour into white bowl that comes with the pan.2. Pre-heat your new crepe pan. Not much here. Plug in, turn on, red-light, wait about 5 minutes.3 Gather tools. Silicone spatula and maybe some silicone tongs. Also a tray lined with wax paper and some paper towels to wipe up drippings.4. Look over and check the can of non-stick spray, make sure the cap is on and forget it's there as you won't need it. While traditional cast iron crepe pans may need this, this pan is non-stick. If you spray this pan with it, the batter won't stay adhered when dipped.5. Turn the pan over and dip in the bowl of batter (see video) Turn back over. In 30 seconds or so you should be able to loosen it up with the spatula and turn it using the tongs or your fingers.6. Cook to desired texture and put crepe on wax paper.I found there is no real recovery time for the thermostat. You can go ahead and repeat 5 and 6 until you run out of batter. After about a minute or so of cooling, the crepes are stackable, meaning they should not stick together. Just be careful, crepes are delicate. When your all creped out, you can fill them. The photo shows my finished product. I filled the crepes with banana slices and canned whipped cream and topped with more whipped cream and fresh blueberries.A pan like this is good for an apartment or when you are faced with an electric stove. If you have a gas stove, go for the cast iron option. Why, because that's how God intended it to be. But in the face of adversity, he give you options, like this.Good price. Good buy."A woman's place is not in the kitchen. That's my world."

Easy crepes
Works very well, get amazing value for the money. Not heavy, no heat damage to countertops, and easy to just plug in and turn on. It takes a bit of practice to get a perfect crepe but sooo much better than using a pan as this machine is so non-stick, heats up to the perfect temperature, and I get perfect sized crepes every time.

Does what it's supposed to do
This seems to be a sturdy product. It works as described, with no wait time between crepes. It heats up in a minute or less and is ready to go. The instructions are ridiculously bad - some safety info, but not even a basic recipe, or info on how to dip the crepes. The concept's not too hard though. I found a recipe on a website called Iheartnaptime that worked well. I did not chill the batter as some recipes specify, but the milk and eggs I used were cold. I whipped it up in the blender and poured some in the dipping dish. You basically lay the crepe maker lightly on the surface. If you jiggle it around a little bit, that's helpful. The first one came out really thin, but if you lay the crepe maker on the surface of the batter for about a second, pull it up about a quarter of an inch and lay it back down 2-3 times, they come out thicker. Then flip the cooker over and cook until the edges start to brown. Maybe 60=90 seconds. I flipped mine over and cooked the other side about 20 seconds, which apparently is not what French people do, but I wasn't going for specifically French crepes. One recipe makes WAY more crepes that you would think if you haven't made them before. Tip: Don't dip the cooker too deep or it is hard to remove/flip the crepes without tearing them. Great with whipped cream and raw blueberries! It looks like you could also make quesadillas on it. Pancakes seem pretty doubtful.

5 Stars – Perfect Crepes Every Time – So Easy to Use!
I absolutely love this electric crepe maker! It heats up quickly, distributes heat evenly, and the non-stick surface works like a charm—no more torn or stuck crepes. The included spreader and spatula made it super easy to get thin, uniform crepes right from the start, even as a beginner.Cleanup is a breeze—just a quick wipe with a damp cloth, and it’s good to go. I’ve used it not only for sweet and savory crepes but also for tortillas and even pancakes. It’s compact, lightweight, and doesn’t take up much space in the kitchen, which is a huge plus.If you enjoy making brunch at home or want to try your hand at something new, this crepe maker is 100% worth it. Fun to use, reliable, and delivers delicious results every time!

Really fun and so much easier!
We are really enjoying this kitchen gadget. We have spent a lot of time in Amsterdam and come home and miss the crepes so I got this for my husband's birthday and it's really made it easy to whip some up. Amazon sells a fantastic crepe mix that is so light and tasty and makes it all so easy. We make sweet blintzes and savory mushroom onion and gouda crepes mostly but the occasional Nutella and strawberry does happen! ;) Definitely invest in the special crepe spatula tool thingies (for lack of a better word) that are out there because it makes it a lot easier to get the crepe off the surface and keep moving!

Perfect crepes!
This crepe maker is life-changing! I didn’t know these existed until about a month ago, so this is my first one. It did not come with any recipes or tools (I already owned a set of crepe tools). It was so easy to use, just dip in the batter for about five seconds, let it cook for about 10-15 seconds, flip, and done!
